Here lies Hoyas

If you are a new Hoya owner look no furthur. This website will provide you general care tips for 12 species of hoya that can commonly be found in greenhouses in North America.

Polyneura

Also known as Fishtail Hoya, it's leaves grow in a fishtail like pattern.

A hanging Hoya Aff. Sp. Burtoniae, featuring olive green leaves and pink bunches of flowers. Photo taken from a downwards perspective indoors.

AFF SP. Burtoniae

Not quite H. Bilobata, and not quite H. Burtoniae... H. Sp. Aff. Burtonia is a fuzzy little species of it's own.

Beginner friendly vining succulent has waxy, lanceolate leaves that comes in many variations.

This uniquely shaped vining succulent features dark, rectangular, waxy leaves.

Small oval dark green leaves spill out of this Hoya Serpens hanging basket. The photo is taken front facing and done so indoors.

This fuzzy, tiny leafed vining succulent has small round leaves the size of your thumbnail.

Large hanging Hoya Wayetii with long elliptical green leaves. There are also ten plus bundles of magenta flowers that are dispersed through out the plant. Photo is taken front facing and outdoors.

The long, narrow waxy leaves of this plant can turn read if sunstressed.

Hoya australis lisa wrapped around a wire hoop with dragonfly clips securing the vining plants. Leaves are variegated with dark green, lightgreen, and cream. There are also three bundles of white flowers.

This cultivar of H. Australis fetures elipitcal, watercolor-like variegation.

These green speckled, succulent-like leaves are a feature of a cultivar of two major species.
